You do not need a technical team of your own. We do it and leave it running; then you manage it from a panel in your language.

A meeting to see which tools you use, which tasks you want to delegate and who will talk to the agents.

We install
On the server you choose or on the company’s hardware, with HTTPS, nightly backups and one-command updates.

We connect and configure
We connect HubSpot, Holded or Google Sheets with keys the company creates itself, and set up the first agents with you.

The team gets to work
Authorised people talk to the agents on Telegram or in the panel, and administrators approve what needs approving.
Frequently asked questions
Is it a cloud service like so many others?
No. Every company has its own installation of Kèrix, on its own server. The data, the keys and the conversations stay there; we have no access unless you give it to us.
Which AI models does it use?
Whichever you choose for each agent: OpenAI or Anthropic models, or any model on OpenRouter, with the company’s key. We can also install a local model so that no data reaches a provider.
What if an agent gets something wrong?
Agents read the data you give them freely, but before writing or changing anything they stop and wait for a person’s approval. Every action is in the activity log.
Do we need a technical team?
No. We do the installation, connect the tools and set up the first agents with you. After that, day-to-day work happens in the panel.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the installation, the integrations and whether you want a local model. We give you a tailored quote. The AI model’s usage is billed separately and you control it with each agent’s budget.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The public demo is the real panel with an invented company: you can see agents, integrations, conversations and approvals without signing up.
Which tools can it connect to?
More than 25: Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets), Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Holded, Odoo, WooCommerce, Shopify, Stripe and more. If your tool has an API, we can connect it too.
