Two ways to install it
It is always the company’s own installation. The difference is where the AI model runs.

You decide what leaves the company: if you connect cloud services (HubSpot, Holded, Google) or talk to the agents on Telegram, that data goes through those services as usual. For a fully internal setup, the team uses the panel chat.

Authorised people talk to the agents on Telegram or in the panel, and administrators approve what needs approving.
Frequently asked questions
Is it a cloud service like so many others?
No. Every company has its own installation of Kèrix, on its own server. The data, the keys and the conversations stay there; we have no access unless you give it to us.
Which AI models does it use?
Whichever you choose for each agent: OpenAI or Anthropic models, or any model on OpenRouter, with the company’s key. We can also install a local model so that no data reaches a provider.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the installation, the integrations and whether you want a local model. We give you a tailored quote. The AI model’s usage is billed separately and you control it with each agent’s budget.
