Kèrix is a panel to install and govern artificial intelligence agents inside a company: it is installed on each company’s server, connects to its tools, and the agents answer the team on Telegram or in the panel.

Use of the website

This website presents Kèrix, links to a public demo (app.kerix.cat) and lets you ask us for information with the «Let’s talk» form. You can browse it without signing up. By using it you agree not to use it in a way that is contrary to the law, good faith or these terms, and not to try to damage the website, its systems or other people’s data.

If you write to us or enter the demo, you must give us accurate data. How we handle that data is explained in the privacy policy.

Examples

The examples on this website and in the demo, such as Distribucions Montseny, its conversations, customers, invoices and figures, are invented and show how the product works. They do not correspond to any real customer or business.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, images, code and the Kèrix brand belong to the owner or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without authorisation, except for the personal and private use the law allows.

The agents are based on Hermes Agent, by Nous Research, open-source software with its own licence.

The names and logos of HubSpot, Holded, Google Sheets, Telegram, OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter and other third-party products are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to show which services Kèrix connects to, and this implies no relationship or sponsorship.

This website may link to third-party websites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it. If you find a link that leads to unlawful content, write to us at hola@kerix.cat and we will remove it.

Liability

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or become outdated, especially as Kèrix evolves and features change. Features marked «Coming soon» are not available yet. The terms of each installation are governed by the contract signed in each case.

We are not liable for damage arising from interruptions of the website, viruses or attacks that could not be prevented with reasonable security measures.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Girona.
